"My work has always been around mind-body centering and mindfulness using physical training. I have always strived to understand the nuances felt during movement even as simple as walking and then translate it to whoever i teach with as much detail as possible to enhance their sense of presence"
Nikita has graduated with a Diploma in Movement Arts from Bangalore and since then her tryst with learning new movement forms began. She has also taken intensive training from China . What began as a love for dance translated into love for different movement forms and she now works with kids and adults in schools and NGOs to teach tai chi, yoga and creative movement.

She hopes to make a difference in the way people perceive themselves and their surroundings through the magic of movement.
