Tai chi is a beautiful internal martial art from China. It involves slow relaxed movements useful in regulating energy or 'chi' within the body.
Tai chi integrates movement with breath and brings focus of your mind to movement, hence often known as 'Meditation in Motion'.
We have worked with institutes like PDMDS and VCPA (Mumbai), Dignity Foundations, Bangalore Theatre Company. We also work with corporates, schools and NGOs for workshops on introduction to tai chi and mindfulness.
